BACKGROUND

Since 1993 I have worked as an organization change practitioner. My first careers were in social services and healthcare. Today I work with non-profits, small business, global corporations and government.

I have traveled the world for cultural sharing. For the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta I envisioned and coordinated an international arts peace activity, bringing together people from all over the world. Subsequently I worked at the world's largest exporter and military supplier. There I learned world class skills in efficiency for optimal costs, schedule and quality.

Today I blend my expertise in soft skills of the human factor with the hard skills of business to achieve remarkable goals. As an organization change scholar practitioner, I stay current with research, publications and presentations on important subjects such as self as instrument.

In my personal time I enjoy studying world religions and creating collages.

It would be my pleasure to meet with you about your organization's needs and goals.
